Family Health On Call delivers high-quality care right on your doorstep. Our team of highly experienced health care providers will treat you in your home, office or just about anywhere. It’s care where you’re comfortable. It’s On Call.

Patients 1-64 years of age only.

On your way to feeling better:
• Request a visit at a time convenient to you using our app.
• Rest. The provider will arrive at your doorstep, diagnose and treat you as needed.

On your schedule:
• Same day or next day visits by a health care professional, 7 days a week, Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.*
*Last appointment is at 7 p.m. and must be booked by 6:30 p.m.

Some of the illnesses and injuries we treat:
• Flu
• Strep
• Bronchitis
• Sinusitis
• Eye, ear, nose and throat infections
• Urinary tract infections
• Sprains
• Minor broken bones
• Cuts
• Skin infections

Cost of care:
• Seamless in-app payment with your credit card, HSA or FSA card.
• No charges until after evaluation.
• All visits are $135. This includes:
o On-site testing
o Diagnosis and initial treatment
o First dose of many medications
o Prescription delivery (select areas)
• Additional services:
o $75 additional patient at location
o $25 flu shots and flu tests
o $50 physical (school and sports)
